Samantha Fitzgerald: Managing Director

I am the founder of Dynamic Education, established in 2005, bringing a unique blend of expertise in medical and patient education. I hold a Master’s in Education Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Further Education and Training (majoring in linguistics, ESL, drama, and literature), and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. My academic and professional background enables me to create tailored, innovative educational content that meets the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

Formerly the Managing Director of GP Connections, a non-profit supporting Australia’s primary healthcare sector, I have extensive experience in advocacy, education, and fostering industry engagement. I currently sit on the board of Violence Prevention Australia and work with major national clients, bringing a forward-thinking approach to addressing complex challenges in education and healthcare. Committed to innovation, I explore the integration of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, into education, ensuring content remains effective, adaptive, and cutting-edge.As a professional actor with appearances on television,film and stage, I incorporate strong communication and storytelling skills to develop relatable and impactful learning experiences.


Megan Willis: Content Development Lead

Since joining Dynamic Education in 2008, I have been dedicated to creating educational content that empowers healthcare professionals by addressing the unique challenges of the primary healthcare landscape. With a background in Divisions of General Practice and community care, I bring a deep understanding of the sector, crafting materials that resonate with professionals and foster continuous learning. Collaborating with subject matter experts, researchers, and industry leaders, I specialise in translating complex concepts into accessible and engaging resources, using storytelling and real-life examples to make learning impactful and relatable. Alongside my work at Dynamic Ed, I run a newborn portraiture business, which enhances my creative approach to capturing meaningful moments—whether through photography or content development. Committed to staying at the forefront of educational innovation, I ensure that Dynamic Ed’s materials remain relevant, inspiring, and effective in supporting high-quality patient care.

Beth Mitchell: Graphic & Creative Design

My role at Dynamic Education allows me to blend my artistic passion with meaningful projects, a journey that began at 15 when I joined as an apprentice. With a strong background in video and photography and a keen interest in fine art, I have contributed significantly to shaping the visual elements of our educational resources. By integrating powerful imagery and compelling narratives, I create visuals that enhance accessibility, understanding, and engagement. Whether designing user interfaces, crafting presentations, or producing video content, I approach each project with detail and excellence. Collaboration is central to my process, fostering innovation and pushing creative boundaries alongside a talented team. Since joining Dynamic Education in 2018, I have focused on leveraging my passion for data analysis and attention to detail to deliver meaningful insights that drive educational excellence. My work is rooted in curiosity and a love for engaging with stakeholders through interviews, listening to their perspectives, and extracting valuable information to inform research and decision-making. By conducting meticulous data collection and granular evaluations, I uncover the nuances that shape educational experiences, enabling the implementation of impactful strategies. Through comprehensive analysis, I identify patterns, opportunities for growth, and actionable recommendations that enhance educational outcomes and foster continuous improvement.

Tania Weier: Administration & Finance

With a diverse background in business banking and as a personal assistant, I bring strong organisational skills and financial expertise to my role at Dynamic Education. Alongside my responsibilities, I manage my husband’s building business, further honing my multitasking abilities and proficiency with financial tools like Xero to ensure accurate bookkeeping and efficient financial processes. Beyond finance, I oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and streamlining administrative workflows, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly. Collaboration and open communication are central to my approach, fostering a supportive and productive environment. I take pride in contributing to Dynamic Education's success by streamlining operations and supporting the delivery of exceptional educational content.
